Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the website stores only the information you intentionally enter: name, email address, project type if provided, and message.

The system may also keep operational fields needed to manage the inquiry: submission ID, status, created timestamp, and read timestamp.

What is not stored from public contact submissions

The public contact form does not store the submitter’s IP address, User-Agent, referrer URL, current page URL, URL parameters, email hash for rate limiting or persistent contact-form rate-limit records.

Cookies

Essential or functional cookies may be used for security, admin access, or to remember your analytics choice. The first-party consent cookie stores only whether analytics was accepted or rejected; it does not contain a unique visitor ID, IP address, User-Agent, URL, referrer, or generated tracking profile.

Analytics cookies are optional and are used only if you accept analytics. You can change your choice using .

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. They are not loaded until you accept analytics. Analytics cookies are granted only after you accept analytics, and the site updates the consent state if you later reject analytics.

Analytics is used to understand aggregate website usage. The website does not send contact-form content to Google Analytics, does not set GA user_id, and does not intentionally send names, email addresses, messages, project descriptions, or form values to GA.

The analytics implementation uses controlled page-view data and avoids sending URL query strings where practical. Google Analytics may still process technical information such as device/browser data and approximate location according to Google’s own processing.

Google Maps

This site includes an embedded Google Map. When the map is loaded or displayed, your browser may connect to Google. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

Email/contact notifications

Contact submissions may be sent by email to the site operator so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. The email contains the submitted form contents and operational details such as the submission ID/date.

Data retention

Contact submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to inquiries and manage business records, then deleted when no longer needed. The website code does not enforce a fixed automatic retention period.

Data sharing

Contact form data is not sold. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, such as the hosting provider, email provider, Google Analytics after consent, and the embedded Google Maps service.

Visitor choices

You can reject analytics, change cookie settings, and contact the site to request access, correction, or deletion where legally applicable.
